If you prefer to do a self drive option for taking in the Kuranda Rainforest Cableway and Kuranda Scenic Rail we can easily arrange a self drive option for you.
The train and Skyrail do meet at the top in Kuranda but at the bottom there is a 10 minute drive between them. You will drive to either the Skyrail or train station depending on whether you prefer to do the train up or train down. You will then have as much time as you wish in Kuranda before boarding the train or Skyrail back down.
There will be a coach waiting at the bottom to take you back to your car. There are two trains up in the morning and two down in the afternoon and of course the Skyrail goes continuously. Bookings are highly recommended as often blocks of space are booked out for tour groups. Adult includes, train, Skyrail and bus transfer.
